I'm Anthony Allen, a crypto marketer who likes building systems that scale across search engines, messageboards, and social feeds. I've led marketing, content, and organic growth for crypto exchange Matcha at 0x and headed content and brand work for Trezor's hardware wallets. My work lives at the intersection of complex products (DEX aggregation, wallets, security) and the humans who have to trust and use them.

I run marketing, content, and partnerships for matcha.xyz, the DEX by 0x. Starting as Content and SEO lead, I was promoted to take charge of all marketingtouchpoints, driving content traffic to 60% of all site visits and trader traffic by more than 6x over my two-year tenure, leading go-to-market for features and chains, establishing evergreen strategies and user research initiatives, building content flywheels, and spearheading growth hacks such as KOL campaigns, trading competititons, and more.

Before: Trezor / SatoshiLabs

I led product marketing and content at SatoshiLabs, home of Trezor hardware wallets. Turning it into a human-first brand, I defined content strategy and packaging, refining features, and delivering a 3-year GTM plan that delivered the Trezor Safe 3, 5 and 7 (launched 2025). From security education to content design, UX writing, technica writing, performance marketing and more, I made self-custody less intimidating for a generation of crypto users.

Earlier: PR, music, tech, and audio preservation

Before crypto I worked in tech PR in various crypto startups and side projects, helped preserve and digitise sound archives for institutions like the British Library and Czech National Museum, and recorded music for various ensembles as a freelance audio engineer.

I spend a lot of time with musical instruments in bands and orchestras. More recently I've been knee-deep in apples, leaves, and soil. I speak three languages and travel a lot, having moved a lot as a child and more recently touring conference circuits; but I rarely travel out of choice. My latest challenge is a 150-year farmhouse. As a remote-first worker I've found planting, pruning and touching grass helps me balance an always-online lifestyle and give ideas a chance to mature.

‣ I care about how content connects with non-experts, while getting the facts right.

‣ I'd rather under-sell by 10% with firm data-backed expectations than over-promise on hopes and dreams.

‣ I'm happy owning any number of channels, defining journeys, building systems, or taking charge of all marketing functions; as long as we're shipping.
